Lower Back Stretch 2

This one lengthens the spine, increasing or maintaining disc height.

First, take the position shown. Then really put your body weight on your knees. This will open the spine and stretch the discs.

While maintaining your body weight on your knees, twist your shoulders to one side. This is a VERY unique exercise as it decompresses the spine while you gently twist. An incredible one for back maintenance!

...................And repeat on the other side. Do this ten times as with the other exercises.
